From our beginning with Heartland Animal Hospital: the office staff were so very helpful on the phone and in person, we were allowed inside to wait for our appointment, and then the Vet Techs and the Veterinarian were so nice, helpful, and encouraging. We definitely recommend this Practice for your pets, and your ferals.

Dr. Loni gets to the bottom of issues. She’s highly trained, curious and knowledgable. She understands the health issues my cats face and addresses them quickly and thoroughly. Her staff is also outstanding. Everyone there goes above and beyond to assist and comfort. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

Very compassionate and caring staff, my boy went in for a dental surgery today and they were wonderful about calling with updates and they provided excellent post-op instructions. He also is softer than when he went in, like someone petted him a lot during his procedure which brings me a lot of comfort knowing they cared for him like I care for him. Great service all around, and again, wonderful staff.
