$50 for establishing a new pet. About $200 all in to bring my cat to them for the first time and get urine test, exam, antibiotics and painkiller shots. I was pretty happy with that. Dr. Tom and the tech (Chelsea?) treated my cat with care and handled her gently, quickly diagnosed the problem and provided a solution professionally. From our beginning with Heartland Animal Hospital: the office staff were so very helpful on the phone and in person, we were allowed inside to wait for our appointment, and then the Vet Techs and the Veterinarian were so nice, helpful, and encouraging.
